CITY OF XENIA, OHIO NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCES: The Xenia City Council adopted the following ordinances on December 22, 2025:
2025-35 Amending Chapter 884, titled "Motor Vehicle License Tax," of the Xenia City Code and repealing Table P8.6 of the City Fee Schedule;
2025-37 Amending Ordinance 2025-34 to provide appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of Xenia, Ohio, for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, and declaring an emergency; and
2025-38 Providing temporary appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of Xenia, Ohio, through March 31, 2026, and declaring an emergency. The ordinances can be viewed on the City's website (
