Bids will be received until 1:00 p.m ., local time March 25, 2026 and immediately after the deadline the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at the Cedar Cliff Local School District Board of Education located at 248 N. Main Street, Cedarville, Ohio 45314. A pre-bid conference will be held on March 10, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at the Cedar Cliff Local School District Board of Education located at 248 N. Main Street Cedarville, Ohio 45314. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates do NOT apply. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
