WILLIAMS, whose last known place of residence is 1820 Ironwood Dr., Fairborn, OH 45324 and PAUL OLON, whose last known place of residence is 5225 Rudy Rd., Tipp City, OH 45371, will take notice that on the 3rd day of July, 2025, JAMES E. ROBERTS filed a Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Greene County, Ohio being Case No.2025 CV 0605 on the docket of said Court, alleging that on or about July 19, 2023, Plaintiff, JAMES E. ROBERTS, was traveling northeast on Valley Road in the Township of Beavercreek,County of Greene, State of Ohio, when the Defendant PAUL OLON negligently entrusted his motor vehicle to Defendant, KATHLIN J. WILLIAMS, who negligently operated the motor vehicle, into Plaintiff’s vehicle, thus causing injury to him. Plaintiff, JAMES E. ROBERTS, demands judgment against the Defendants, KATHLIN J. WILLIAMS and PAUL OLON, for money damages in an amount in excess of twenty-five thousand dollars, plus interest and costs of this action. You are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight days after the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six successive weeks, said answer date being the 1st day of May , 2026. In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
