Public Notice Request for Public Input on Greene CATS Public Transit Revised Service Plan for Reduction in Service and Fare Increases The Greene County Transit Board (GCTB), who operates Greene CATS Public Transit, will hold two public participation meetings to present a proposed Revised Service Plan that includes reductions in service and fare increases. The meetings will be held Wednesday, April 8, 2026, from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm at the Fairborn Community Library, 1 East Main Street, Fairborn, and Friday, April 10, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at the Greene County Job and Family Services Media Room, 541 Ledbetter Road, Xenia. After a brief presentation focusing on the contents of the Revised Service Plan, GCTB staff will accept comments and answer questions regarding the Plan. If you are unable to attend, information will also be available for public review on the Greene CATS Public Transit website in a News Flash and at the Greene CATS Public Transit office, 2380 Bellbrook Ave. Suite A, Xenia Ohio 45385 during regular business hours (8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday). Written comments will be accepted at the above address, or via email at info@greenecats until April 23, 2026.
