CITY OF XENIA, OHIO NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCES: The Xenia City Council adopted the following ordinances on April 9, 2026:
2026-13 Enacting Section 251.01(i), titled "Financial Reporting," of the City's Administrative Code; and
2026-14 Amending Ordinance 2026-12 to provide appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of Xenia, Ohio, for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026, and declaring an emergency. The Ordinances can be viewed on the City's website (
www.CityOfXenia.org ), and copies are posted for inspection in the following public places in the City of Xenia: 1. City Administration Building, 107 E. Main St. 2.
