CASE NO. 2026-06 CITY OF FAIRBORN, OHIO PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC NOTICE TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: An application has been received by the Planning Board requesting approval of a Final Planned Unit Development (PUD) Plan & Final Plat for Phase Six (6), the final phase of the Arden Place residential subdivision for single-family dwellings. Phase 6 proposes the creation of 32 residential lots and 3 open space lots on 23 acres with the extension of Windemere Grove located at 1479 Trebein Rd. (parcel # A02000200460000800) in a PUD Planned Unit Development Zoning District. The public hearing regarding this matter will be held on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. in the City Building, 44 West Hebble Avenue, Fairborn, Ohio, 45324.
