The property will be sold on the second date without regard to the minimum bid requirements as under ORC Section 2329.20, but the purchaser shall be responsible for costs, allowances and taxes under ORC Section 2329.21 that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. Said premises appraised at $240,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount on the first sale date. The appraisal is based on an exterior view of the property only.
