CITY OF XENIA, OHIO NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCES : The Xenia City Council adopted the following ordinances on March 12, 2026: 2026-07 Approving the sale of the City-owned property at 714 E. Market Street to RIMO Construction, LLC; 2026-08 Vacating the alley between 968, 976, 986, 998, 1006, 1016, and 1030 N. Detroit Street, Parcel M40000100040005400, Parcel M40000100040015200, Parcel M40000100040004600, and 1052 N. Detroit Street on the west side; 2026-09 Amending the official zoning map of the City of Xenia, Ohio, to rezone approximately 31.21 acres of the property at 817 Upper Bellbrook Road from A-1 Agricultural District to PUD Planned Unit Development, and approving a PUD Concept Plan for a proposed 160-unit townhome community at said property; 2026-10 Changing the name of the southeast Brooke Lane to Connor Drive in the Summer Brooke Subdivision, Section 3B, in the City of Xenia, Ohio; 2026-11 Amending the official zoning map of the City of Xenia, Ohio, to rezone the property at 39 Weaver Street from P-1 Public and Institutional District to B-1 Convenience Business District. The ordinances can be viewed on the City's website (CityOfXenia.org), and copies are posted for inspection in the following public places in the City of Xenia: 1. City Administration Building, 107 E.
