CITY OF XENIA, OHIO NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCES: The Xenia City Council adopted the following ordinances on June 25, 2026: 2026-21 Authorize sale of a portion of Parnell Park, comprising 0.02 acres, more or less, to the owner of 488 Ackerman Place; and 2026-22 Instituting a one-year moratorium on the establishment or commencement of data centers within the City of Xenia. The Ordinances can be viewed on the City's website ( www.CityOfXenia.org ), and copies are posted for inspection in the following public places in the City of Xenia: 1.
