NOTICE TO BIDDERS BID NO. 26-16 The Fairborn Development Corporation will receive sealed bids for the demolition of existing parking lots, drives and utilities for the Skyway Plaza. Bids will be received in electronic format on the Infotech's Bid Express electronic platform until 12:00PM local time on July 27, 2026 . This project includes work at 1104 Kauffman Avenue Fairborn, Ohio 45324. The project shall be completed by December 1st, 2026. Work includes, but is not limited to: Commercial demolition project involving the removal of structures located at Skyway Plaza in Fairborn, Ohio. The project includes site grading, pavement removal work, drive approach removal, utility coordination, traffic maintenance, and restoration with seeding and mulching Specifications and required documents may be obtained from the online electronic bidding website. Each submitted proposal must be on the forms provided and contain all required documents included in the bid packet. Said bids shall be submitted utilizing the electronic bidding software, Infotech Bid Express.
