CITY OF XENIA, OHIO NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCES: The Xenia City Council adopted the following ordinances on September 10, 2026: 2026-31 (As Amended) Approving a major change to the PUD Concept Plan for the Timber Ridge Planned Unit Development, as submitted by Arbor Homes; 2026-32 Amending the official zoning map of the City of Xenia, Ohio, to rezone a 121.558-acre property located south of U.S. Route 42 East and east of 997 N. Columbus Street from A-1: Agricultural District to SN: Suburban Neighborhood District; and 2026-33 Amending Ordinance 2026-20 to correct the annexation plat and legal description, and declaring an emergency. The Ordinances can be viewed on the City's website ( www.CityOfXenia.org ), and copies are posted for inspection in the following public places in the City of Xenia: 1.
