LEGAL NOTICE TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Pursuant to Section 2.14(b) of the Charter of the City of Fairborn, Ohio, notice is hereby given that on Monday, the 5th day of October, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Building, located at 44 West Hebble Avenue, Fairborn, Ohio, 45324 public hearing will be given on the following Ordinance of public nature, which will be considered for action by the Council of the City of Fairborn, Ohio: Ordinance 23-26 An Ordinance Authorizing the City Manager to Execute all Documents Necessary to Transfer Surplus Real Property known as the Former Legion Site and Adjacent Parcels from the City of Fairborn to the Fairborn Development Corporation to Encourage Economic Revitalization in Fairborn. Anyone interested therein may appear and after the Ordinance is read by title or in full be heard thereon at said time and place or anytime or place to which such hearing shall from time to time be adjourned.
