CITY OF XENIA, OHIO NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCES: The Xenia City Council adopted the following ordinances on November 25, 2025: 2025-29 Amending Chapter 881. Of the City's Taxation Code to make it concurrent with state law through December 31, 2025 (House Bill 96); 2025-30 Amending Section 1016.08(h)(3) and enacting 1016.10(i) of Chapter 1016, "Discharges into Wastewater Treatment Plant," of the Xenia City Code; 2025-31 Amending Tables P10.4, P14.1, and P14.2 of the City's Fee Schedule, Appendix A to Part Two - City Government, of the Xenia City Code; and 2025-32 Amending Sections 1402.04, 1404.04, and 1406.03 of Title Two: Building Standards, of Part Fourteen - Building and Housing Code, of the Xenia City Code. The ordinances can be viewed on the City's website (www.CityOfXenia.org ), and copies are posted for inspection in the following public places in the City of Xenia: 1.
