BEAVERCREEK PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CASE NO. PUD 06-6 SSP #5 Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at the Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432, on November 6, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. on an application filed by Woodard Development, 601 E 3rd Street, Suite 200, Dayton, OH 45402. The applicant requests specific site plan approval to allow for the construction of a three-story 82,500 square foot office and research facility and a two-story 55,000 square foot office and research facility on 10.99 acres. The property is located on the east side of Mission Point Boulevard, approximately 200 feet south of Colonel Glenn Highway further described as Book 1, Page 3, part of Parcel 2 on the Greene County Property Tax Atlas. This application may be examined during normal work hours at Beavercreek City Hall. Interested persons may appear at the hearing and voice their opinion with respect to the application or via email to gillaugh@beavercreekohio.gov. Written comments must be received by 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 6, 2024 to be considered for the meeting.
