BEAVERCREEK PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CASE NO. PC 24-7 CU Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432, on November 6, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. on an application filed by Zach Sherman, 3050 Tipp-Cowlesville Road, Tipp City, OH 45371. The applicant requests conditional use approval to allow for an expansion of the Beavercreek Seventh-Day Adventist Church located at 670 Grange Hall Road. The property is further described as Book 3, Page 15, Parcel 7 on the Greene County Property Tax Atlas. This application may be examined during normal work hours at Beavercreek City Hall. Interested persons may appear at the hearing and voice their opinion with respect to the application or via email to gillaugh@beavercreekohio.gov. Written comments must be received by 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 6, 2024 to be considered for the meeting.
