CITY OF XENIA, OHIO NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCES: The Xenia City Council adopted the following ordinances on December 23, 2024: 2024-41 Enacting Chapter 1043., Titled “Public Trees,” of the City’s Streets, Utilities, and Public Services Code; 2024-42 Amending and Renumbering Chapter 606. of the General Offenses Code, Titled “General Provisions”; 2024-43 Amending Ordinance 2024-40 to Provide Appropriations for Current Expenses and Other Expenditures for the City of Xenia, Ohio, for the Fiscal Year Ending December 31, 2024, and Declaring an Emergency; and 2024-44 Providing Temporary Appropriations for Current Expenses and Other Expenditures for the City of Xenia, Ohio, Through March 31, 2025, and Declaring an Emergency. The ordinances can be viewed on the City’s website (www.CityOfXenia.org ), and copies are posted for inspection in the following public places in the City of Xenia: 1.
