August 15, 2025 CASE NO. 2025-15 CITY OF FAIRBORN, OHIO PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC NOTICE TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: An application has been received by the Planning Board requesting approval for a Preliminary Planned Unit Development Plan, and Final Planned Unit Development Plan for the construction of a 95,800 square foot Independent Senior Residential Facility with 120 studio and one-bedroom units on four floors to be known as Green Oaks of Fairborn, located on 5.974 acres at 2124 Exchange Ct. (city lot 9674) in a Planned Development Zoning District. The public hearing regarding this matter will be held on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. in the City Building, 44 West Hebble Avenue, Fairborn, Ohio, 45324.
