Funderburg Rd. (city lots 1,2 & 3 of the Hail Plat, parcel # A02000200160052600 and parcel # A02000200160052700) in the P Parkland Zoning District. The public hearing regarding this matter will be held on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. in the City Building, 44 West Hebble Avenue, Fairborn, Ohio, 45324. Any person interested in or affected by this matter may appear and be heard at the public hearing.
