LEGAL NOTICE The Board of Zoning Appeals of Sugarcreek Township, Greene County, Ohio, will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, October 23, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at the Sugarcreek Township Administration Office, 2090 Ferry Road, Bellbrook, Ohio, for BZA Cases 08-2025 and 09-2025. The purpose of the hearing is to consider applications for a variances under Article 3.07 D. of the Sugarcreek Township Zoning Resolution described as follows: BZA08-2025: Applicant, Marilyn Palmer, is requesting a Variance from Section 4.14 C. 6. Table 4-6 of the Sugarcreek Township Zoning Resolution to allow for the construction of a pergola in the front yard. The subject property is 3120 Washington Mill Road, parcel L32000200170004000, owned by Marilyn Palmer, containing 2.77 acres and located in the A-1 (Agricultural) District. BZA09-2025: Applicants, Pradeep Gujja and Prakruti Jambula, are requesting a Variance from Section 4.14 D. 3. c. of the Sugarcreek Township Zoning Resolution to allow for the construction of a 7,680 SF tennis court with a 1,800 SF storage barn area. The subject property is 702 Conifer Trail, parcel L32000100140008000, owned by Pradeep Gujja and Prakruti Jambula, containing 5.273 and located in the A-1 (Agricultural) District. The applications are available for public examination at the Sugarcreek Township Administration Office, 2090 Ferry Road, Bellbrook, Ohio during regular business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
