LEGAL NOTICE TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Pursuant to Section 2.14(b) of the Charter of the City of Fairborn, Ohio, notice is hereby given that on Monday, the 17th day of November, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Building, located at 44 West Hebble Avenue, Fairborn, Ohio, 45324 public hearing will be given on the following Ordinance of public nature, which will be considered for action by the Council of the City of Fairborn, Ohio: Ordinance 27-25 An Ordinance Adopting Pay Schedules for Non-Bargaining Unit Administrative, Clerical, and Technical Employees and Repealing Ordinance 27-24. Ordinance 28-25 An Ordinance Updating the Pay Grade Allocation List for Certain Non-Bargaining Positions, Re-Grading Positions, Creating a New Position. Ordinance 29-25 An Ordinance to Approve the Annual Budget, Adopt Appropriations for Current and Other Expenditures, and Authorizing the Transfer of Monies of the City of Fairborn, Ohio for the Fiscal Year Ending December 31, 2026. Ordinance 30-25 An Ordinance Amending Various Sections of the Fairborn Traffic Code to Establish New Stop and Yield Intersections, Revise Traffic Regulations, Update Parking Restrictions, Prohibit Certain Turn Movements, and Reduce the Speed Limit along a Portion of Broad Street.
