SHERIFF'S SALE OF REAL ESTATE Notice of Sale under judgment of foreclosure of liens For delinquent land taxes Revised Code Sec. 5721.19 In the Common Pleas Court of Greene County In the Matter of Foreclosure of Liens for Delinquent Land Taxes Case No.: 2025CV0209 Greene County Treasurer plaintiff vs. Roger D Williams, et al defendants Whereas judgment has been rendered against certain parcels of real property for the current amount of taxes, assessments, penalties, interest and charges as follows: For the amount of $8,139.76 and additional taxes and costs which may accrue prior to transfer of the deed. Said premises located at 1325 Arlington Drive, Fairborn, Ohio 45324 also known as parcel number A02000100130009900. Prior Instrument Reference: Volume 3692, Page 772 And, whereas, such judgment orders such real property to be sold by the undersigned. Now therefore, public notice is given that I, SCOTT J. ANGER, Sheriff of Greene County, Ohio, will sell such real property at public auction. Said sale will be conducted in the Community Room of the Greene County Sheriffs Office, 2295 Greene Way Blvd, Xenia, Ohio, on Thursday the 5th day of March 2026 at 1:00 P.M. If parcel does not receive a sufficient bid, it shall be offered for sale under the same terms and conditions of the first sale at the same time of day and at the same place on Thursday the 19th day of March 2026 for an amount to satisfy said Order. Terms of Sale: The successful bidder must provide proper identification and a completed Purchaser Information Form to our office after the sale has been completed. The required deposit for this property is 10% of the purchase price, paid by personal check at the time of sale. The remaining balance of the purchase price plus transfer and recording fees per ORC Section 2327.02(c) are due 30 days after sale being confirmed.
