LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT Sealed proposals for the SPRING HOUSE PARK PHASE 1 will be received at the office of the City Engineer, City of Beavercreek, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, Ohio 45432, until 2:00 pm , local time, on THURSDAY, APRIL 23RD, 2026 and publicly opened and read at that hour and place. The work for which proposals are invited consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and material for the installation of new roadway, parking lot, and concrete work in the northeast corner of Spring House Park and all other work as may be necessary to complete the contract in accordance with the plans and specifications. Contract documents may be examined and/or obtained at the office of the City Engineer, City of Beavercreek, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, Ohio 45432. There is NO COST for each set of contract documents. Each bidder must insure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex or national origin. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on the Public Improvements in City of Beavercreek, Greene County, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Division of Labor and Worker Safety, Wage and Hour Bureau. Bidders are advised that City of Beavercreek Administrative Policy No. 28 allows for the application of a local bidder credit in determining the award of a contract for this project. The requirements and application of this local bidder credit in determining the award of a contract are explained in the 'Instructions to Bidders' section of the project bid documents. The City of Beavercreek reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals; to waive any informalities in the bidding; and to enter into a contract with the bidder who in their consideration offered the lowest and best proposal.
