CITY OF FAIRBORN NOTICE TO BIDDERS BID NO. 25-08 The City of Fairborn, Ohio will receive sealed bids for the 2026 Curb, Sidewalk, and Approach (CSA) Program . Bids will be received in electronic format on the Infotech’s Bid Express electronic platform until 1 P.M. local time on August 1, 2025. This project includes work at properties on/adjacent to Circle Drive, Garland Avenue, Greene Street, Lynn Drive, Mann Avenue, Oakhill Avenue, Second Street, and South Street. The project shall be completed by the end of the 2025 calendar year. Work includes, but is not limited to: • Removal of Miscellaneous Concrete Items (Sidewalk, Drive Approach, ADA Ramp, etc.) (4”, 6”, 8” thickness) • Replacement of Concrete Sidewalk (4”, 6”, 8” thickness) • Replacement of Concrete Drive Approach (6”, 8” thickness) • Removal and replacement of combination curb & gutter (including asphalt patching and sawing) • Installation of ADA compliant curb ramps with detectible warning devices installed Specifications and required documents may be obtained from the online electronic bidding website. Each submitted proposal must be on the forms provided and contain all required documents included in the bid packet. Said bids shall be submitted utilizing the electronic bidding software, Infotech Bid Express.
