CITY OF FAIRBORN NOTICE TO BIDDERS BID NO. 26-12 The City of Fairborn, Ohio will receive sealed bids for 2026 Sanitary Sewer Lining. Bids will be received in the Finance Office, 44 West Hebble Ave., Fairborn, Ohio 45324 until 10:00 AM on June 24th, 2026 , at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Specifications and required documents may be obtained in the Water and Sewer Administration Office at 700 Pierce Dr. They will also be available for download at www.fairbornoh.gov . Bidders using the download option must send an email to travis.cooper@fairbornoh.gov with the following information: Name of Company, Contact Name, Contact Phone Number, Email All addendums or other correspondence regarding the project will be sent to the bidders at the email address provided. Failure to send an email with the requested information will disqualify the potential bidder. Each submitted proposal must be on City provided forms and contain all required documents included in the bid packet. Said bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the name of the bidder and the bid number in the upper left corner of the envelope and be addressed as follows: ATTN: 26-12 Bid Proposal Fairborn Finance Department 44 W.
