LEGAL NOTICE TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Pursuant to Section 2.14(b) of the Charter of the City of Fairborn, Ohio, notice is hereby given that on Monday, the 15th day of December, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Building, located at 44 West Hebble Avenue, Fairborn, Ohio, 45324 public hearing will be given on the following Ordinance of public nature, which will be considered for action by the Council of the City of Fairborn, Ohio: Ordinance 35-25 Authorizing the City Manager to Execute Releases and Terminations of Easements for E. Dayton Drive Roadway Extensions no longer needed by the City. Ordinance 36-25 An Ordinance Amending Sections 126.04, 126.05, and 126.06 of the Fairborn Codified Ordinances to Update Purchasing Thresholds and Procedures to Comply with Current Ohio Law; Creating Section 126.12 to Establish Cybersecurity Purchasing and Public Record Exemptions; and Approving and Adopting the City of Fairborn Purchasing Policy as the Official Procurement Manual. Anyone interested therein may appear and after the Ordinance is read by title or in full be heard thereon at said time and place or anytime or place to which such hearing shall from time to time be adjourned.
