LEGAL NOTICE The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns, and their Spouses, if any, of William D Selinsky, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on September 19, 2025, the Plaintiff, NewRez LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing, filed its Complaint in Case No. 2025 CV 0859, in the Court of Common Pleas of Greene County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 36 W Dayton Dr, Fairborn, OH 45324, Permanent Parcel No. A02-0001-0007-0-0045- 00,("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants have or may have an interest in this Real Estate. The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns, and their Spouses, if any, of William D Selinsky are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice. In the event that the Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and 2 Assigns, and their Spouses, if any, of William D Selinsky failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
