CITY OF XENIA, OHIO NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCES: The Xenia City Council adopted the following ordinance on August 28, 2025: 2025-19 Authorizing the Sale of the City-Owned Properties at 225 E. Third Street, 317 E. Church Street, 147 S. Monroe Street, 93 Prugh Avenue, 1068 Jasper Road, and 1088 Jasper Road; 2025-20 Amending Certain Sections and Enacting Section 422.17 of the City of Xenia Traffic Code to Be Concurrent With State Law Through June 30, 2025; and 2025-21 Amending Ordinance 2025-16 to Provide Appropriations for Current Expenses and Other Expenditures for the City of Xenia, Ohio, for the Fiscal Year Ending December 31, 2025, and Declaring an Emergency. The ordinance can be viewed on the City's website (www.CityOfXenia.org ), and copies are posted for inspection in the following public places in the City of Xenia: 1.
