LEGAL NOTICE The Village of Jamestown, Ohio, will accept sealed bids at the Village Office until 10:00 a.m. E.S.T., on December 1, 2025, for a three (3) year contract for Waste Collection including the collection, removal and disposal of all waste materials from residences, street containers, municipal buildings, parks, and other public places. The Village shall have the right to extend the contract for three (3) option years on one-year intervals. Also included is curbside recycling collection. Bids will be opened at the Village of Jamestown’s Council meeting. Council meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. EST. Bid submitted after the published time will be rejected. Bid documents, general instructions and detailed specifications can be obtained at the Jamestown Village Office at 84 Seaman Drive, Jamestown, Ohio 45335, office number 937-675-5311, or by email at blehotay@jamestownohio.gov. The Village reserves the right to accept or reject any part of any or all bids; to waive any irregularities in the bidding; and to enter into a contract with the bidder whom in their opinion offers the lowest, most responsive, and responsible bid.
