CITY OF FAIRBORN NOTICE TO BIDDERS BID NO. 26 - 14 The City of Fairborn, Ohio will receive sealed bids for Residential Waste and Recycling Hauling and Disposal. Bids will be received in electronic format on Infotech's Bid Express electronic platform starting June 19th, 2026, at 9 A.M. and until July 6th, 2026, at 1 P.M. The City of Fairborn intends to contract with one company that will provide solid waste and recycling removal services for all residential customers in Fairborn starting January 1, 2027, and continues until December 31, 2031. Specifications and required documents may be obtained from the online electronic bidding website. Each submitted proposal must be on the forms provided and contain all required documents included in the bid packet. Said bids shall be submitted utilizing the electronic bidding software, Infotech Bid Express.
