BEAVERCREEK PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CASE NO. PUD 06-1 SSP #2 Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at the Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432, on November 6, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. on an application filed by Yolo Development I, LLC, 3500 Pentagon Blvd., Ste. 500, Beavercreek, OH 45431. The applicant requests a specific site plan to allow for the construction of a 44,000 sq. ft. office building on 4.82 acres. The property is located at the southwest corner of Colonel Glenn Highway and Eastside Drive further described as Book 1, Page 2, Parcel 25 on the Greene County Property Tax Atlas. This application may be examined during normal work hours at Beavercreek City Hall. Interested persons may appear at the hearing and voice their opinion with respect to the application or via email to gillaugh@beavercreekohio.gov. Written comments must be received by 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 6, 2024 to be considered for the meeting.
