Said sale will be conducted in the Community Room of the Greene County Sheriff’s Office, 2295 Greene Way Blvd, Xenia, Ohio, on Thursday the 5th day of March 2026 at 1:00 P.M. If parcel does not receive a sufficient bid, it shall be offered for sale under the same terms and conditions of the first sale at the same time of day and at the same place on Thursday the 19th day of March 2026 for an amount to satisfy said Order. Terms of Sale: The successful bidder must provide proper identification and a completed Purchaser Information Form to our office after the sale has been completed. The required deposit for this property is 10% of the purchase price, paid by personal check at the time of sale.
