CITY OF FAIRBORN NOTICE TO BIDDERS BID NO. 26-08 The City of Fairborn, Ohio will receive sealed bids for the Garland Extension Sidewalk Installation . Bids will be received in electronic format on the Infotech's Bid Express electronic platform starting May 8th, 2026 at 9 A.M. until 1 P.M. local time on May 22nd, 2026 . This project includes installation of 4" sidewalk along the south side of Garland Avenue. The project will include approximately 1,300 feet of 5 ft. wide sidewalk. The sidewalk installation will connect existing sidewalk east of Marchmont Drive to the sidewalk west of Meadowlands Drive. Each submitted proposal must be on the forms provided and contain all required documents included in the bid packet. Said bids shall be submitted utilizing the electronic bidding software, Infotech Bid Express.
