(parcel #A02000200090033400 in an SR Suburban Residential Zoning District. The public hearing regarding this matter will be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 , at 4:00 p.m. in the City Building, 44 West Hebble Avenue, Fairborn, Ohio, 45324.
